Hystrene fatty acids are characterized by light color and excellent oxidative and thermal stability. Industrene fatty acids can be used with excellent results in a large number of applications: alkyd resins, rubber, mineral-flotation, adjuvants, foam depressants, caulking compounds, lubricants, buffing polishes, metallic soaps, abrasives, metal treating compounds, candles, crayons, emulsifiers and many more.
PMC Biogenix offers a wide range of food grade fatty acids meeting a broad range of criteria, including Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 21 Section 172.860 and the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). Additionally, PMC Biogenix offers fatty acids which comply with conditions for use for pharmaceutical excipient applications as defined in the National Formulary (NF). Both Kosher and non-Kosher grades are available meeting the above requirements.
